Lake Washington & Chadwick Lake

Weather: Sunny & Light Wind
Water Temp: 58-61 Degrees

WASHINGTON LAKE - Went fishing with my buddy Frank. Launch boat at Washington Lake at 8AM sharp and started on southeastern shoreline. Worked some soft plastics and spinnerbaits along most of the shoreline with an occasional grub. Frank had about three trout follow his pink colored grub to the boat but they did not bite. About 11AM Frank landed his first bass on a power worm along a rocky shoreline. The fish fought hard and took Frank around the boat for a nice fight. Finally landed the fish, weighed it and released it. Fish was 3.5lbs:

By noon time the wind got a little heavy and we decided to give Chadwick Lake a try and end the day with a double header since both lakes are within several miles of each other.

CHADWICK LAKE - Arrived at 1PM, launched and trolled our way to the northern most part of the lake and started fishing the eastern shoreline with spinnerbaits and plastics. We could not hook into fish for about an hour when Frank landed the first fish on Chadwick.

We continued working the eastern shoreline and allowing the wind to blow us back to the boat launch. After Frank landed his bass I followed with 4 bass in the hour that followed. My biggest coming close to Frank's at 3.2lbs. We called it a day by 3:30PM ending the day with a total of 6 bass in the boat.
